Winning strategies for the Mines game
Follow advice from experienced players and increase your chances of success at 89dk Mines.
Start small
For those new to the Mines game — start with a small bet and fewer mines. Gradually learn how the game flows, then take bigger steps. Rushing in can lead you into the trap of inexperience.
Keep a target multiplier in mind
Before you start playing, set a target multiplier in your head. Cash Out as soon as you reach that multiplier — giving in to greed and pushing further almost always leads to losses.
Set a Budget
Set a fixed budget for each day and do not go beyond it. Responsible play is more enjoyable and safer in the long run. 89dk always encourages responsible gaming.
Take a break after losses
If you lose several rounds in a row, do not immediately place a bigger bet to try to recover your losses. Take a short break, clear your head, then return with a fresh strategy.
Understand the high-risk strategy
More mines makes the multiplier grow faster, but the chance of hitting a mine is also higher. This strategy is for experienced players — beginners are advised to start with fewer mines.
Try different patterns
Starting from the corners of the grid, starting from the middle, or clicking randomly — try different patterns and find the style that suits you best.
